The breakfast buffet at Sanden consists of traditional Norwegian food, with as many ecological and local products as possible. The bread is stone oven baked from Lustrabui. We serve ecological eggs, locally produced jam and juice from Lerum as well as ecological milk. The tea and coffee are also ecological. We also have meat bread toppings, as well as cheese. We serve three types of cereals and fruits.

We are an environmentally-friendly company and because of this we have a limited selection of toppings as we do not wish to waste food. Should you have any particular needs, such as food allergies, vegetarian or vegan requirements, we can arrange that for you if you let us know upon booking the room.
